Unlimited leverage rules of Exness
As unlimited leverage carries higher risks of loss, the following prerequisites are required for real trading accounts.
・The trading account must have funds (equity) of less than USD 1 000.
・The trader must close at least 10 orders (excluding pending orders) with a minimum value of 5 lots (or 500 cent lots) across all real trading accounts in their Personal Area.
Limitation with higher account balances
Exness’s unlimited leverage is offered for account balance with less than 1,000 USD.
The higher the account balance, lower the available maximum leverage on Exness’s accounts.

Exness limits the maximum leverage for any new positions opened from 15 minutes before the the publication of high-level economic news until 5 minutes after.
Limitation by financial products
Note that unlimited leverage is not available for financial instruments belonging to the Exotic, Crypto, Energies, Stocks and Indices instrument groups.
The margin for these instruments is held in accordance with the instrument’s margin requirements and is not subject to unlimited leverage.

How to check your leverage setting on your trading account
1. Log in to your Personal Area.
2. Click the 3-dot icon beside your chosen trading account, and then select “Account information”.
3. Your leverage setting will be displayed within the popup as Actual leverage.
How to change leverage on your trading account
1. Log in to your Personal Area.
2. Click the 3-dot icon next to your chosen trading account, and select “Change max leverage”.
3. The dropdown will allow you to set your leverage from 1:2 to 1:Unlimited.
You may also set custom leverage by selecting Custom. Enter the preferred value.
